Q What is your company history
A In brief, Sun Fung has been established in 1970 as a family business producing artificial plants and flowers in Hong Kong, further expanded its factory to China in the 80s. Sun Fung has been crossing three family generations and is still running with a strong brand for 48 years of operation until now.
QDo you still have showroom in Hong Kong now?
AWe have moved our showroom from Hong Kong to Huizhou city, Guangdong, where our factory is located for a bigger showcase.
QWhere is your factory located?
AThe Sun Fung factory is located at Bo Luo County, Hui Zhou City, Guangdong. It is about 20 minutes drive from Qiaotou or Qishi town in Dongguan City, another route is 30 minutes drive from Changping bullet train station or approx. 1.5 hrs drive from the border of Hong Kong.
QDoes Sun Fung present at Fair regularly?
AWe may not be present at fair every time, but we warmly welcome you to contact us for meeting during Canton Fair in April and in October. We can also arrange our driver to pick you up from the fair or hotel and drop you back to where you stay. Please advise us your visit details for our arrangement in advance.
QCan you provide / customize samples?
AYes, we can produce samples for you. Please select through our Sun Fung website stating the specific item codes or order at our showroom during your visit. In addition, we can customize samples at your requirement. However, there will be charges for sample(s) for new customer.
QWhat are the major advantages of Sun Fung products?
ASun Fung products are made with anti-UV or fire retardant; or even both anti-uv & fire retardant. Our products are made with strong anti-UV resistant that can last for at least 3 years without colour change outdoor or strong fire Retardant of V1 standard as close to V0 level. Also, we have successfully developed both anti-UV plus fire retardant technology together in one item from Year 2017.
QHow long does UV resistant items be good for outdoor use?
AOur anti-uv plastic items can be put outdoor at for least 3 years without any color change because we use imported pigment and unique anti UV formula to achieve this effect.
QWhat is your MOQ?
APlease note that a minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required for factory order. 20 cartons for each item in each size and distinctive colour, depending on the packing.
QWhat is your payment terms?
AWe accept open account payment by: T/T, L/C payments. 30% deposit prior to production once order is confirmed then 70% T/T at sight of B/L copy.
QHow long is your delivery time?
ANormally, it takes around 60 to 75 days after order confirmation. It also depends on production schedule at time of order in varieties and quantity.
QCan you pack in different packaging requirement?
ASure, please indicate all your requirements before we quote. There are 2 kinds of popular packaging; one in normal carton package for importers and wholesalers. Another is express carton package for importer who does online sales as well.
QWhat is your overall quality as compared to others?
AWe have a strict quality control system with a team of quality controllers, where quality is monitored from raw materials until the finish product and packaging.
QWhat kinds of certifications do you have?
AISO900:2008 and BSCI (Good)
